Aloha Snax is an assortment of the best snacks from Hawaii and other tropical islands around the world delivered to your home, dorm room, or office as often as you would like.

Aloha Snax are shipped within 72 hours M-F after your order is processed and payment is received. Please allow up to 5 business days for custom and international orders to ship.

Aloha Snax ship every day (M-F). We strive to ship all Aloha Snax within 72 hours or less (please allow up to 5 days for custom and international orders).
*Please note that we are currently experiencing shipping and tracking update delays due to the impact of the COVID virus.
Standard Shipping (Free): The average delivery time to addresses in the USA is 4-8 business days.
Expedited Shipping: The average delivery time to addresses in the USA is 1-3 business days.
International Shipping: The average time to International addresses is 5-15 business days. (5/4/20 update: We are currently noticing severe delays in some countries due to COVID-19)

We receive a huge variety of different snacks from local manufacturers and from other tropical islands around the world every month! Each Aloha Snax is carefully curated by our team of snack enthusiasts. 

Aloha Snax ships to the following countries:
Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Jordan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, UK, and the USA.

After signing up for Aloha Snax, you will be first charged immediately for your initial Aloha Snax, then you will be charged every time that your subscription renews. For example, if you purchase a monthly subscription, you will be charged once every month.

You are charged the same day every month when signing up for a monthly subscription. For example, if you sign up on March 6, your subscription will then renew on April 6, then May 6, etc.

Snacks are not returnable after purchase. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your Aloha Snax, please contact us here and we will gladly read your feedback as we are always trying to improve the Aloha Snax experience. We do our best to find the most delicious snacks for you, but you may cancel at any time if you choose to.

To update your billing details, login and visit your "Subscriptions" tab. Next, click the "View" button next to the subscription that you would like to manage. After you have selected a subscription to "view" you can now edit your billing or shipping address. If you want to update payment details please click the "Edit Details" button.

To cancel your subscription(s) simply login and visit your "Subscriptions" tab. Next, click the "View" button next to the subscription that you would like to manage. To cancel, click the button that says "Cancel". To pause your subscription, click the button that says "Pause".

If you have not received your box, please be sure to check your tracking number. If your tracking number says has been delivered, we suggest first checking with your neighbor, or someone who might have a similar address to you, in case it might have been delivered there by mistake. If you still cannot locate your box, you will need to file a claim with your local post office. However, if your tracking number says it has not been delivered, please note that delays can happen for many reasons, most notably weather. **If you are receiving an international delivery, please note that customs can cause delays and take longer than expected. Also, if you are located outside of a big city, delivery time may also be a bit longer than expected due to local delivery schedules.** If you require further assistance, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

If your Aloha Snax is damaged when it arrives, contact USPS to file a claim. You can also contact us with pictures, and we will help look into the issue.

Coupon codes are only for new customers, on their first order. So, no. You may only use a coupon code if you are a new customer receiving your first Aloha Snax. Every Aloha Snax thereafter will be it’s regular price.
